Response from Investor -

This is the annoying part...waiting for the investor to contact you after he has browsed or disected the budget. Apparently, the reason why this investor has not contacted me yet is because at the moment he is busy with other events and wants to focus on one event at a time. Understood.

So therefore, I am giving him time. I will wait till after the Super Bowl to here from him. If I do not here from him by the end of the second week of February. I will approach the second investor:)

....still waiting on the Budget.

OOPS......Went I sent the budget over I forgot to delete the rough draft on sheet 1. The finished and clean budget was placed on sheet 2. I had to let them know that they needed to look on page 2 not 1. My bad. Horrible mistake.................

.....I mentioned that I was feeling overwhelmed. I realized that I should go back to one of my old tactics and bubble everything in categories on my dry wall board. It helped in the past, so I did! It's already been working and I'm capable of seeing things a little clearer....

So as I keep you posted with the attraction's status, I've gotten the floor plan to the space at the mall, however I'm still waiting for approval on the budget. In the meantime I'm going to purchase my tickets to Transworld anyways...

I plan on visiting the site this weekend to get a closer look at what we have to work with as far as the layout. I plan on installing a mirror maze, curtain chaos, and Claustaphobia. These are all fun house effects.

First I'll need to get the budget ready, I've had to make some adjustments to it first before sending it to the investor:)

I'm beginning to feel a little overwhelmed but it's all part of the game....

Visit to Tampa

The visit to Tampa was extremely beneficial. They had vacuform walls, barrels, and other props. They're willing to hold some of the material for us until we're ready for purchase:) Or at least until the investor is ready for purchase.

Ive also sent Jose Salano ( event coordinator ) the numbers from the mall for rental. They want $1500 a month + 6% sales tax and $4000 + 6% sales tax a month for the operating months August, September, and October.

...keep you posted. Thanks!

Tampa Trips ths weekend....

I will be visiting a company this weekend in Tampa that is liquidating. There I will find props, walls, special fx gags and other things. I will be able to purchase some items at no cost verses purchasing them bran new at conventions. This is extremely beneficial and I look forward to recovering some really interesting treats in store for this year's haunted attraction this weekend:) To be continued....
